The Centralized Membership System aims to develop a single online system where the Rwanda Chamber of Tourism (RCOT) can manage member-related activities for all associations. Today, each association has a dedicated working membership system, yet this does not create value and consumes time. The updated centralized system will streamline membership management, provide a cohesive experience for members, and enhance the overall efficiency of the associations.
